Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through your use of the website http://www.charovillatherapy.ca (“Charo Villa Therapy”). It does not apply to Personal Health Information (PHI) collected during the course of psychotherapy services. As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, the collection, use, and disclosure of PHI is governed by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the regulatory standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Clients will be provided with a separate, comprehensive privacy agreement regarding their clinical records directly upon booking or intake.

Maria Del Rosario Villa Portillo, known as Charo Villa (“I”, “my”, “our”, and “we”) operates Charo Villa Therapy. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection and use of personal information and data I receive from website users (“you”).
I use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the website, and responding to inquiries. By using Charo Villa Therapy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
