About me

I feel honoured to have worked with a wide range of individuals - who hold diverse backgrounds, cultures, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations in English and Spanish.

My main focus is to assist people in overcoming personal challenges and helping people to feel empowered.

By growing from my own life’s challenges, I have developed a level of compassion and empathy to accompany people going through crisis and/or grieving processes.

I'll help you regain trust in your own strength to help uplift you through your life.

Through active listening, open-minded encouragement, and other creative interventions, I will assist you in identifying your blind spots, allowing you to move successfully through difficult situations, life transitions, and/or crisis.
